CLIPPING MACHINE E3
Machine E3 is a manual clipping machine designed by https://www.lorenzobarroso.com/ for compressing sausages inside natural or synthetic casings.
After positioning and gathering the casing, the clipping machine holds it in place automatically and stretches it as required thanks to its ability to work at high pressure. It then closes the product with an aluminium clip and trims any excess material.
