Clipping machine H2, manufactured by https://www.lorenzobarroso.com/, can operate at high speed for the closing of sausages with natural or synthetic casings.
Thanks to pedal, toggle or manual operation, it is possible to work without letting go of products with single clipping. After processing, the machine automatically gathers the casing, closes it with an aluminium clip and trims any excess.
