Machinery
Our catalogue of machines – either manufactured by us or by certified suppliers – includes high-quality equipment that meet the performance and reliability requirements of our clients.
We can supply different types of tying machines that can perform continuous, cross or spiral tying, stainless steel clipping machines for the application of aluminium clips, net- or salami-loading machines and automated lines for the casing and packaging of cured meats.
Consumables
Alongside clipping and casing machines, we also supply consumables for the processing of meats functional to improving the performance of machines.
We commercialise top-quality aluminium clips suitable for standard machines, elastic nets for smoking or non-elastic nets for curing, straight or ring casings made of collagen fibres and food-grade string for automatic or manual tying.
MACHINERY
Tying machines
Our range of tying machines includes FRT-MF-400 for cross or spiral tying, FRT-S-400 for churned products, sausages and cured meats and automatic or semi-automatic machines suitable for use with synthetic or natural casings.
Clipping machines
Our range of clipping machines includes casing puller TBA 800 with pressure reducer, H2 with manual and pedal operation, the dual-level clipping machine and the semi-automatic machine with PLC screen and touch screen.
Other machines
In addition to the clipping and tying machines, we manufacture machines such as filling machines for the packaging and forming of whole pieces of meat, lifting devices to shift loads and specific butchers’ equipment such as skewering devices or net loading machines.
Plants
The catalogue includes entire systems for the processing of cured meats such as the TBN-01 automatic line for the tying of cured meats and sausages and FA-60-BA for the tying of sausages. In order to optimise logistics, we also install boxing and palletising systems.
Consumables
Clips
Consumable aluminium clips available in rolls, reels and coils, as loose loops (for manual application) or rolls (for all clipping machine models).
Nets
Elastic nets for the smoking of pancetta, non-elastic nets for curing and elastic sleeves for cotechino.
Casings
Straight casings for the curing of raw meats, ring casings for salamelle or sausages, or customised ones. All made of collagen film suitable for cooking or smoking.
String
Elastic string for the tying of bresaola, non-elastic waxed tear-resistant string for automatic or manual tying and polypropylene string in assorted colours and sizes.
Manual oils and greases
Range of synthetic industrial oils and lubricating greases for the maintenance of tying and clipping machines, to protect them against corrosion and rust.
