Ring casings combine the natural and traditional properties of casings with modern technological solutions. Thanks to ring casings, producers can widen the range of products offered, while clients can enjoy sausages with a more natural and inviting appearance.

USE:

Used for products for which a natural curved shape is very important

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Guarantee a natural shape and appearance
  • Similar to natural casings
  • Acquire a natural and lasting colour during smoking
  • Dry naturally together with the filling
  • Permeable to water and steam
  • Resistant during filling and clipping
  • Ensure an effective and quick production

CASING TYPES:

  • FW: for smoked and cooked products with a standard diameter
  • FWT: for smoked and cooked products with a small diameter
  • FWR: for smoked and cured products with a standard diameter
  • FWRT: for smoked and cured products with a small diameter

GRADES AVAILABLE:

All grades are nominal.

30, 32, 33, 35, 38, 40, 43, 45, 47, 50, 52

PACKAGING:

Ring casings are shirred on 15 m sticks.

Casings can be cut to the length required upon request, or pre-clipped or looped.

COLOURS AVAILABLE:

  • Caramel
